A. Any contestant with a protest must go to the Arena Director before the event is over. Arena Director will make note of this and take it to the Judges.

B. Protestor, Arena Director, and Judges will meet immediately following the rodeo to discuss protest.

C. At the conclusion of this meeting, the Judge's decision shall be FINAL!
