The
IJRA is broken up into three divisions based on the contestants' grade in
school. The three divisions are K-1-2, 3-4-5 and 6-7-8. Different events are
available in each division. The events in the division may be boy/girl (boys and
girls do not compete against each other; points and placings are kept separate),
unisex (boys and girls complete against each other for points and placings),
girls only or boys only. Events may also be jackpot events only. In these
events, the contestants earn money, not points. Jackpot events are always unisex
events and competition is not broken down into age divisions.
ALL CONTESTANTS will be limited to the number of events to equal FOUR (4) FULL POINT EVENTS!!
