PRE-SCHOOL RODEO

Pre-School rodeos are held on Saturday IJRA Rodeos only immediately following Slack. Pre-School Rodeo is intended for kids that haven't started kindergarten yet. The pre-school rodeo provides them with an opportunity to gain experience and have fun doing it!! Events offered:
Bale Roping: Kids have 60 seconds to see how many times they can rope the bale.
Bale Dogging: Kids run to the bale which has a safe steer head in it and pulls it to the ground.
Mutton Busting: Kids ride a sheep. Adult can hold the child while riding & bull fighters are present to pull child off of sheep for safety.
Goat Tail Untying: Goat is staked at opposite end of arena. Child rides horse (can be lead by parent or other) to the goat. Comes off horse & runs to pull the ribbon of the goats tail.
Barrels: Child rides horse or is lead by parent or other person through the barrel pattern.
Poles: Child rides
horse or is lead by parent or other person through the pole pattern.
